Can I return my item?
Yes. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for returns:
• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• It must be in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at Omer.arch.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
